On November 27, 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution appointing Wojciech Pyka to the position of Member of the Management Board for Finance, with effect from December 1, 2025.
Wojciech Pyka is an experienced manager with many years of experience in the railway and financial sectors. He holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Economics in Katowice and a postgraduate MBA. He is a Certified Auditor and qualified to serve on the Supervisory Boards of State Treasury Companies.
During his career, he has served as President of the Management Board of JSW Logistics Sp. z o.o., Vice President of the Management Board for Finance at Koleje Śląskie Sp. z o.o., and previously worked at companies such as Hutchinson Poland, Deloitte Polska, and Lys Fusion Poland, where he was Chief Accountant.
Privately, he is passionate about football and motoring.
