159A- 2ND CLASS PASSENGER COACH WITH "OPEN" SEATING ARRANGEMENT
The passenger coach of 2nd class with “open” seating arrangement and the factory designation, ‘159A’ is designed for domestic and international traffic with a speed up to 200 km/h on tracks with a gauge of 1435mm.
The passenger compartment is equipped with ergonomic seats installed in rows towards the centre of the coach.
It is provided with “pressure-sealed” gangways which greatly improve travel comfort, reduce noise and facilitate communication between the coaches.
This model may be connected with the passenger coaches equipped with “pressure-sealed” gangways with features similar to multiple-unit trains.
