He has over thirty years of extensive experience in managing enterprises, where he has held positions in management and supervisory bodies.
He is a graduate of the Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology – Faculty of Civil Engineering, specializing in building and engineering structures. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw and is authorized to sit on supervisory boards of state-owned companies.
