The 15th edition of the Railway Congress – one of the most important meetings for the railway industry in Poland – is behind us. As a Silver Partner of the event, we actively participated in the debates, supporting substantive discussion about the future of Polish railways.
Cegielski – FPS as the Silver Partner of the congress
The event took place on November 13th in Warsaw. H. Cegielski – Fabryka Pojazdów Szynowych's involvement in initiatives fostering industry dialogue is an important element of the company's strategy, based on collaboration with operators, public institutions, and the expert community.
As Jarosław Nowak, Wagon Sales Director at H. Cegielski – FPS, emphasized, this year's Railway Congress demonstrated how dynamically this sector is developing in Poland. Our task is to respond to the growing needs of the market – providing a safe, modern and comfortable fleet - he says.
What were we talking about?
The program of the 15th Railway Congress addressed key issues facing the industry in the coming years. Discussions included:
- integration of the European railway network,
- rolling stock for High Speed Railways,
- security of infrastructure, cyberspace and rolling stock,
- communication with the passenger and improving his experience.
The event brought together nearly 700 participants representing central and local governments, businesses, academic institutions, industry organizations, and the media. For H. Cegielski – FPS, it was an opportunity to exchange knowledge and build relationships that will support the implementation of future rolling stock projects.
